Steve Starkey is an Americanfilm producer andsecond unit director who is widely associated withRobert Zemeckis. He served as an assistant film editor for bothThe Empire Strikes Back (1980) andReturn of the Jedi (1983) and as second unit director on all of Robert Zemeckis' films fromForrest Gump (1994) toThe Walk (2015) in addition to serving as a producer.^[1]
