Stercuronium iodide (INN,USAN) (developmental code namesMYC-1080,MYSC-1080) is anaminosteroidneuromuscular blocking agent which was never marketed.[1][2] It acts as acompetitive antagonist of thenicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), and is also reported to be anacetylcholinesterase inhibitor.[1]
