Stefan Schwarz (German pronunciation:[ʃvaʁts]; born 31 August 1959) is a German lobbyist, scientific assistant and former politician who served as amember of the Bundestag for theChristian Democratic Union from 1990 to 1994 representingRhineland-Palatinate.[1] He is married toDonika Gërvalla-Schwarz who currently serves asSecond Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo.[2][3]
Schwarz was born 31 August 1959 inBonn,West Germany toHeinz Schwarz, aRhineland-Palatinate state legislator and ministry of the interior.[4][5] His older brother is the publicist Thomas Schwarz (b. 1957).[6]
