Stectorium orStektorion (Ancient Greek:Στεκτόριον) was a town ofancient Phrygia, in thePhrygian Pentapolis betweenPeltae andSynnada, inhabited duringRoman andByzantine times.[1][2]Pausanias believed thatMygdon's tomb was located here.[3]
It was anepiscopal see of abishop; no longer a territorialdiocese, it remains aLatin Churchtitular see of theCatholic Church.[4]
Its site is located nearKocahüyük inAsiatic Turkey.[1][5]
