Staten Island Community Board 3 is acommunity board ofNew York City, encompassing the southernStaten Island neighborhoods ofAnnadale,Arden Heights,Bay Terrace,Charleston,Eltingville,Great Kills,Greenridge,Huguenot,Pleasant Plains,Prince's Bay,Richmond Valley,Rossville,Tottenville andWoodrow.[5] It is bordered byArthur Kill on the west,New York Bay on the east, andStaten Island Community Board 2 on the north.
Its current Chairperson is Diane Peruggia, and its District Manager Stacy Wertheim.[4] Transit is served by theStaten Island Railway, and variousNYC Bus Lines.
