Stare Rogowo[ˈstarɛ rɔˈɡɔvɔ] is avillage in the administrative district ofGmina Stary Lubotyń, withinOstrów Mazowiecka County,Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[2]
Rogowo was a village ofpetty nobility.[3] In 1827, it had a population of 138.[3]
On 10 September 1939, during the Germaninvasion of Poland at the start ofWorld War II, German troops perpetrated a massacre of 21 Poles in Stare Rogowo (see alsoNazi crimes against the Polish nation).[4]
