St Leonard's School Boat Club is arowing club on theRiver Wear, based at Prebends Bridge,Durham,County Durham.[1]

History

The club was founded in 1970 by the woodwork teacher at the time Bill Parker[2] and belongs to theSt Leonard's Catholic School, Durham.[3] St. Leonard's BC then took over the boathouse vacated by Consett Grammar School.[4]

The club has produced multiple British champions.
