Geographical term for a lateral ridge or tongue of land
A spur in theTatra Mountains

Aspur is a lateral ridge or tongue of land descending from ahill,mountain or main crest of aridge.[1][2] It can also be defined as another hill ormountain range which projects in a lateral direction from a main hill or mountain range.[3]
