Spring Mill is ahome rule-class city inJefferson County,Kentucky, United States. The population was around 287 at the2010 census,[3] down from 380 at the2000 census.
Spring Mill is located in southern Jefferson County and is 12 miles (19 km) southeast ofdowntown Louisville.

The racial makeup of the city was 98.42%White, 0.53%Asian, and 1.05% from two or more races.Hispanic orLatino of any race were 1.32% of the population.
There were 130 households, of which 35.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 86.9% weremarried couples living together, 5.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 6.9% were non-families. 6.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
