Sprague Fountain, also known as theCapitol Fountain,[1] is an outdoor bronze fountain and sculpture installed in the Capitol Mall area on theOregon State Capitol grounds inSalem, Oregon, United States. The fountain was donated by GovernorCharles A. Sprague to commemorate water and dedicated in 1980.[2]
