Sports on Fire is a Canadian television documentary series, which aired onHBO Canada in 2015.[1] Created and produced byPete McCormack,[2] the six-episode series explored the historical, political and social context of several important moments insports history.[2]
The series garnered aCanadian Screen Award nomination for Best Sports Program or Series at the4th Canadian Screen Awards in 2016.[3]
