Spójnia Stargard, also known as shortlySpójnia, is a professionalPolishbasketball team based inStargard,Poland, currently (as of 2022) playing in thePolish Basketball League (PLK), the highest tier in Polish basketball.
Spójnia hosts its games at the Hala Miejska.

Spójnia Stargard was founded in 1949 as multi-sport club. Its first chairman wasJózef Tropaczyński [pl], former member of thePolish resistance movement in World War II and Lieutenant of theAnders' Army.
In the 1996–97 season, Spójnia for the first time in its history reached the finals of thePolish Basketball League, which it lost toZnicz Pruszków.
In May 2018, Spójnia promoted to the PLK after winning theI Liga championship as the team beatSokół Łańcut 3–0 in the playoff finals.[1] In its debut2018–19 season, the team finished as 13th with a 9–21 record.
In the 2019 offseason,PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna became main sponsor of the team which was re-named PGE Spójnia.[2] In the 2020–21 season, Spójna reached the final of the2021 Polish Basketball Cup. The team lost the final 86–73 toZielona Góra inLublin.

The club'screst depicts the medievalGothicStargard Mill Gate, one of the most distinctive historic landmarks of Stargard, and also contains the name of the club and the year of its foundation, i.e. 1949.
This multi-purpose indoor arena was opened in 1989. Basketball games can be watched by 2,500 spectators. Hala Miejska is part of a bigger complex which consists of hotel and restaurant.
