TheSouth Seberang Perai District is adistrict inSeberang Perai within theMalaysian state ofPenang. The district covers the southern third of Seberang Perai. It bordersCentral Seberang Perai to the north,Kedah to the east andPerak to the south. The district, along with theNorth and Central Seberang Perai districts, falls under the jurisdiction of theSeberang Perai City Council.
The South Seberang Perai District is further divided into 18 subdivisions, officially known asmukims.
