Sophie Conway (born 6 April 1999) is anAustralian rules footballer playing for theBrisbane Lions in theAFL Women's competition (AFLW).

Conway was raised inBracken Ridge, Queensland and attendedSt Rita's College.[2] She was a talentedhockey and Australian rules player, making the Under 18 All Australian teams in both sports.[2] She was playing forZillmere in theAFL Queensland Women's League when she was drafted[1] byBrisbane with the 45th pick in the2017 AFL Women's draft.

Conway made her debut in the Lions' round 1 game againstAdelaide atNorwood Oval on 3 February 2018.[3] A fortnight later she received a nomination for the2018 AFL Women's Rising Star award after kicking two goals in her side's round 3 win overCarlton.[4]

Conway's brother Isaac Conway plays forPort Melbourne Football Club in theVictorian Football League (VFL).[5]
