Sondre Milian Granaas (born 30 August 2006) is a Norwegian professionalfootballer who plays as amidfielder forMolde.
A youth product ofStoppen, and laterMjøndalen,[1] Granaas made his professional debut with the latter in a 0–0Norwegian First Division draw against Åsane on 10 April 2023.[2]
In August 2022, he signed his first professional contract with Mjøndalen.[1] By the end of 2023, he had become a key player of the first team.[3][4][5]
In January 2024, despite interest from several foreign European clubs,[6][7] he signed forMolde inEliteserien.[8]
Scoring for his debut with the historic Norwegian club, in a 5–0 win overEide og Omegn inNM Cup on 10 April 2024,[9][10] by the end of the2024 season, he established himself as a regular member of the first team in thenational league[11] and theUEFA Conference League.[12][13]
Granaas is a youth international for Norway, having played in both the2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship and the2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship with theunder-19.[14][15] In the 2025 Championship, Graanas scored twice, once againstEngland U19 and once againstGermany U19.[16][17]
Born inDrammen, Granaas is the son of former professional footballerLars Granaas.[3][1] His younger brotherEirik Granaas also plays as a first tier footballer in Norway.[18]
