Somerindyck House, Bloomingdale Road, 1870,Henry Farrer

TheSomerindyck House was a house inManhattan,New York City, U.S.. It was located in the middle ofBroadway, above West 75th Street.[1] While visiting the United States,Louis Philippe I taught in the house; he later served as the King of France.[1]

Henry Farrer's 1870 etching of the house is in the collection of theMetropolitan Museum of Art.[2]
