Skyler Emerson Stromsmoe (born March 30, 1984) is a Canadian formerprofessional baseballutility player. Prior to beginning his professional career, he played college baseball atLongview Community College andSouthern Arkansas University. Stromsmoe has also competed for theCanadian national baseball team.
Stromsmoe went to Longview High School inLee's Summit, Missouri. He attendedLongview Community College. He transferred toSouthern Arkansas University, where he played for theSouthern Arkansas Muleriders team in theGulf South Conference of theNational Collegiate Athletic Association's Division II.
Stromsmoe has played for theCanadian national baseball team. In 2011, he participated in the2011 Baseball World Cup, winning the bronze medal, and thePan American Games, winning the gold medal.[1]
