Sindhi biryani is a meat-and-ricebiryani dish originating from theSindh province ofPakistan. It is one of the most consumed dishes ofPakistani cuisine andSindhi cuisine.[1]
Basic ingredients include mutton, chicken, fish, or shrimp, with basmati rice, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, spices, and yoghurt.
