Simpang Empat is a state constituency inPerlis,Malaysia, that has been represented in thePerlis State Legislative Assembly.

The state constituency was created in 1994. It was first contested in 1995 and is mandated to return a single Assemblyman to thePerlis State Legislative Assembly under thefirst-past-the-post voting system. Since 2022[update], the State Assemblyman for Simpang Empat isRazali Saad fromPerikatan Nasional (PN).
