Simon Studion (6 March 1543 – 1605) was aGerman teacher ofLatin, poet, historian, archaeologist, and author ofapocryphal literature.^[1]

Simon was the son of Jakob Studion, who came fromHesse but settled in Urbach to take on the role as cook forUlrich, Duke of Württemberg.^[2]
