Siemnice ([ɕɛmˈnit͡sɛ]) is avillage in the administrative district ofGmina Rachanie, withinTomaszów Lubelski County,Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) north-east ofRachanie, 19 km (12 mi) north-east ofTomaszów Lubelski, and 107 km (66 mi) south-east of the regional capitalLublin.
In 1942, about 70 people ofJewish origin, including elder people and children, were shot by Germans.[2]
