Thesiege of Ohrid (Albanian:Rrethimi i Ohrit) was a successful siege by theOttoman army on city ofOhrid (present-day North Macedonia) in 1395.

History

The Ottoman army under the command ofÇandarlızade Ali Pasha attacked the city ofOhrid. TheAlbanian forces, who lost many soldiers in the conflicts, had to surrender the city to theOttoman army, andTurkish domination began inOhrid.[2][3][page needed]
