Shwe htamin (Burmese:ရွှေထမင်း;pronounced[ʃwètʰəmɪ́ɴ],lit.'golden rice') is a traditional Burmesedessert ormont.

The dessert consists ofglutinous rice cooked withpandan leaves,coconut milk, andjaggery, and garnished with freshcoconut shavings.[1][2][3]
