Shwe htamin (Burmese:ရွှေထမင်း;pronounced[ʃwètʰəmɪ́ɴ],lit. 'golden rice') is a traditional Burmese dessert ormont.

The dessert consists ofglutinous rice cooked withpandan leaves,coconut milk, andjaggery, and garnished with freshcoconut shavings.^[1]^[2]^[3]
