Shion Wakayama (Japanese:若山 詩音,Hepburn:Wakayama Shion; born February 10, 1998) is a Japanesevoice actress affiliated withHimawari Theatre Group. She joined the group at the age of three and did acting in various television dramas. She later became a voice actress and was cast in her first lead role as Aoi Aioi inHer Blue Sky. Some of her other major roles include Yume Minami inSSSS.Dynazenon, Cosette Schneider/Destiny inTakt Op. Destiny, Takina Inoue inLycoris Recoil, Ai Mie inThe Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses, Ellen Joe inZenless Zone Zero,Yunli inHonkai: Star Rail, Lemon Yakishio inToo Many Losing Heroines!, and Momo Ayase inDandadan.

Wakayama was born inChiba Prefecture on February 10, 1998. She joinedHimawari Theatre Group at the age of three.^[1] In 2002, she was cast in her first role as Natsu inToshii to Matsu [ja].^[1] Being a fan ofvideo games, Wakayama wanted to pursue a career in voice acting. In 2019, she was cast in her first major role in ananime with Aoi Aioi inHer Blue Sky.^[1]

In 2022, Wakayama was cast as Mai Kawai inPolice in a Pod and Takina Inoue inLycoris Recoil. In 2023, she was a recipient of the Best New Actor Award at the17th Seiyu Awards.^[2] In 2024 she voiced Momo Ayase inDandadan.
