Shinkay District is adistrict ofZabul province in southernAfghanistan.[1]

Demographics

Shinkay has a population of about 22,900 as of 2013.[1] It contains the town ofẔāmi Kalay.[2] The district is mostly populated by theTokhi tribe ofGhiljiPashtuns.[3]
