TheShin-Kōbe Ropeway (新神戸ロープウェー,Shin-Kōbe Rōpuwē) is aJapaneseaerial lift line inKōbe,Hyōgo, operated byKōbe City Urban Development. It has an official nicknameKōbe Yume-Fūsen (神戸夢風船, "Kōbe Dreamy Baloon"). Opened in 1991, the line linksShin-Kōbe Station andNunobiki Herb Garden. Its scenic view is popular among tourists.
