Sharena sol

Sharena sol (Bulgarian:шарена сол, lit. 'particoloured salt'), also known ascolourful salt,[1] is aspice mix used extensively inBulgarian cuisine. Its most typical ingredients are driedsummer savory,paprika andsalt. In addition, driedfenugreek leaves are frequently added andthyme is not uncommon.
