Text of the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 as in force today (including any amendments) within the United Kingdom, fromlegislation.gov.uk.

TheSexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (SI 2008/1769) (NI 2) is anOrder in Council made under section 85 of theNorthern Ireland Act 1998. The Order provides a legislative framework for sexual offences inNorthern Ireland. The corresponding legislation inEngland and Wales and inScotland are theSexual Offences Act 2003 and theSexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009. The Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 defines several sexual offenses, including rape.[4]
