Sergio Mario Salgado Cofré (born September 12, 1958) is a Chilean former footballer who played as aforward.
Salgado played forUnión Española,Iberia-Bío Bío,Unión La Calera,Cobresal,Colo Colo,Deportes Antofagasta,Universidad de Chile,Cobresal andDeportes Arica.[1]
At international level, Salgado represented Chile at both the1984 and the1987 Pre-Olympic Tournament.[2] In 1985, he also represented the Chile B-team at theIndonesian Independence Cup and the Los Angeles Nations Cup.[3][4]
In official matches, Salgado made 17 appearances for theChile national team between 1985 and 1989.[5]
