Semproniano is acomune (municipality) in theProvince of Grosseto in theItalian region ofTuscany, about 120 kilometres (75 mi) south ofFlorence and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east ofGrosseto.
Semproniano borders the following municipalities:Castell'Azzara,Manciano,Roccalbegna,Santa Fiora,Sorano.
The municipality consists of the municipal seat of Semproniano and the villages of (frazioni) ofCatabbio,Cellena,Petricci andRocchette di Fazio.
