Scott Logic is aUK-basedsoftware consultancy working primarily infinancial services and thepublic sector. The company was founded in 2005 by Gary Scott, who worked as an executive director atLehman Brothers before returning to theNorth East of England.[1] In January 2021, Stephen Foreshew-Cain was appointed as the company's CEO, succeeding Gary Scott who remains as the company's chairman.[2]
The company has five UK development centres inNewcastle,[3]Edinburgh,[4]Bristol,[5]Leeds[6] andLondon.[7]
In 2018, Scott Logic used funds recovered from Lehman Brothers[8] to provide seed investment for the foundation of the Altitude Foundation, a charity which aims to support young people in the North East of England from under-privileged backgrounds to build careers inSTEM industries.
