Scott Cupps is an American politician serving as a member of theMissouri House of Representatives from the 158th district. Elected in November 2019, he assumed office on January 5, 2020.

Cupps was elected to theMissouri House of Representatives in a 2019 special election afterScott Fitzpatrick resigned from office to serve as the 47thtreasurer of Missouri.[3]
Cupps was appointed chair of the House legislative rules committee byJon Patterson in 2024. In 2025, he was criticized for using aBingo spinner for selecting bills to advance to chamber.[4]
