Scaidava (Ancient Greek:Σκεδεβά) was aDacian town betweenIatrus andTrimammium (Ablanovo)[1] near the village of Batin, Bulgaria.
It was later anancient Roman fort along the empire's border, forming part of thelimes Moesiae defences along theDanube.[2]
