Sate tuna ortuna satay, also commonly referred asGorontalesetuna satay is a specialitysatay, originally fromGorontalese cuisine,Sulawesi island, Indonesia.[1][2]

Sate tuna orsate Gorontalo founded byGorontalese since early 19th Century and it is so popular because of theskipjack tuna fish quality from theSulawesi Sea andGulf of Tomini.[3]

Sate tuna made byGorontalo people inSulawesi from a freshskipjack tuna cut into small cubes and served withoutpeanut sauce orsoy sauce.[4] Unlike other satays, Sate Tuna served withdabu-dabu malita (a spicy chili sauce).
