Highway 983 is aprovincial highway in the east-central region of theCanadian province ofSaskatchewan.
The highway runs fromHighway 984 nearSomme[1] and McNab Creek toHighway 982 near thePepaw Lake Recreation Site. The highway's route from west to east follows along thePiwei River,Pepaw River, Eldredge Lake,McBride Lake, through theMcBride Lake Recreation Site,[2] and on to Highway 982 near Pepaw Lake. Highway 983 connects withHighway 9 near where theEtomami River meets the Piwei River. It is about 54 kilometres (34 mi) long.
