Sankt Ruprecht an der Raab is a market town with 5,421 residents (as of 1 January 2021) in the district ofWeiz inStyria, Austria. In theStyria municipal structural reform on 1 January 2015, the town was merged with the nearby townsEtzersdorf-Rollsdorf andUnterfladnitz.[3]

The town region covers an area of 41.06 km2 (15.85 sq mi).
Sankt Ruprecht an der Raab is one of the oldest places in Styria. At the first Nennung in the year 860, it was named "ad Rapam". KaiserFriedrich III noted the town on 1 September 1462.
