San Clemente, officially theMunicipality of San Clemente (Pangasinan:Baley na San Clemente;Ilocano:Ili ti San Clemente;Tagalog:Bayan ng San Clemente), is amunicipality in theprovince ofTarlac,Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 13,781 people.[5]

Geography

San Clemente borders the provinces ofPangasinan to the north and northwest, andZambales to the west. LikeSanta Ignacia andMayantoc, it was formerly a part ofCamiling.

San Clemente is 42 kilometres (26 mi) from the provincial capitalTarlac City, 166 kilometres (103 mi) fromManila, and 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) fromCamiling.

In the 2020 census, the population of San Clemente, Tarlac, was 13,181 people,[13] with a density of 270 inhabitants per square kilometre or 700 inhabitants per square mile.
