Samuele Papi (born 20 May 1973) is an Italian formervolleyball player, a member ofItaly men's national volleyball team in 1993–2012, silver and bronze medalist of theOlympic Games, multiple winner of theEuropean Championship andWorld Championship, silver medalist of theWorld Cup 2003, three-timeCEV Champions League winner, doubleCEV Cup winner, four-timeChallenge Cup winner, six-time Italian Champion.
Papi won five Italian titles, three European Champions cups, and, with theItalian national team, two World Championships (1994 and 1998) and three European Championships.[1][2][3][4] He competed at fourSummer Olympics, winning two silver medals and two bronze medals.[5]
