Both devices share the same screen specifications, 6.7 in (170 mm) and 720 x 1600 px resolution (20:9 ratio (~262 ppi density)), PLS LCD, with the only difference being the refresh rate (60 Hz for the LTE version, 90 Hz for the 5G version).[6]
Both devices have the same 5000mAh battery with 25W Fast Charging support.[3]
The LTE version of the Galaxy A06 uses theMediaTek Helio G85 processor, while the 5G version uses the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor.[6] Both variants are available with the following RAM and storage configurations: 4/64 GB, 4/128 GB, and 6/128 GB. These are also the last devices in the Galaxy A series to feature eMMC storage.[7]
Both devices have a dual camera setup, with a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP macro camera. It has a 8 MP front-facing camera. The rear camera setup also includes an LED flash.
The LTE version was shipped withAndroid 14 andOne UI 6.1, while the 5G version was shipped withAndroid 15 and One UI 7.[3][4] For unknown reasons, the LTE version is only slated to receive 2 OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates (until 2028), while the 5G model is slated to receive 4 OS upgrades and the same 4 years of security updates (until 2029).[6]

Unfortunately, the storage is eMMC 5.1 and thus quite slow for today's standards.
Samsung is rolling out the One UI 8.0 update, which is based on Android 16, to some of its more affordable devices. The latest update is now available for the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, Galaxy A06 5G, and Galaxy F17 5G.
