Samuel Ritchie Neel (1875-1947) was an American maletennis player who was active in the late 19th century.
In 1896, Neel won the men's doubles title at theU.S. National Championships with his brotherCarr Neel, defeating defending championsRobert Wrenn andMalcolm Chace.[1] The pair also reached the final in 1894. In singles, Neel reached the semifinals of the Western States Championships in 1899.
