Saint-Vincent-de-Cosse (French pronunciation:[sɛ̃vɛ̃sɑ̃dəkɔs];Languedocien:Sent Vincenç de Còssa) is acommune in theDordognedepartment inNouvelle-Aquitaine in southwesternFrance, on theDordogne River.
The commune is located 15 km (9.3 mi) south ofSarlat-la-Canéda. It has two church buildings: an originalRomanesque twelfth century church, Saint Vincent le Salvadou, and a nineteenth century replacement.[3] It is named for St Vincent de Agen, a local third century saint.[4]
