Saint-André-sur-Cailly (French pronunciation:[sɛ̃.t‿ɑ̃dʁesyʁkaji], literallySaint-André onCailly) is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandy region in northernFrance.
Afarming village situated in the valley of theCailly, some 12 miles (19 km) northeast ofRouen at the junction of the D12, D87 and the D928 roads. TheA28 autoroute runs through the commune's territory.
