Serine/threonine-protein kinase 10 is anenzyme that in humans is encoded by theSTK10gene.[5][6]

This gene encodes a member of the Ste20 family ofserine/threonine protein kinases, and is similar to several knownpolo-like kinase kinases. Theprotein can associate with and phosphorylatepolo-like kinase 1, and overexpression of a kinase-dead version of the protein interferes with normalcell cycle progression. Thekinase can also negatively regulateinterleukin 2 expression inT-cells via the mitogen activated protein kinase kinase 1 pathway.[6]
