Choline transporter-like protein 1 is aprotein that in humans is encoded by theSLC44A1gene.[5][6][7]

Papillary glioneuronal tumors characteristically exhibit a gene fusion betweenSLC44A1 andPRKCA.[8][9][10] Loss of function mutations have been implicated in ethanolamine transport.[11]
