TheSélune (French pronunciation:[selyn]) is an 85 km long river in theManche department,Normandy, France,[1] beginning nearSaint-Cyr-du-Bailleul. It empties into the bay ofMont Saint-Michel (part of theEnglish Channel) nearAvranches, close to the mouth of theSée river. Other towns along the Sélune areBarenton,Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët andDucey.
