Description and history [ edit ] Ruthie's operates from afood cart at the intersection of 36th Avenue and Division Street insoutheast Portland 'sRichmond neighborhood. The menu, described byEater Portland as a "modern spin on Mormon food", has includedfuneral potatoes ,Jell-O ,[ 2] rockfishsliders , apork roll ,[ 3] a salad with corn, sheep cheese, poppedsorghum , and tomato,[ 4] as well asbiscuits , jams, pickles, and desserts.[ 5] [ 6] ForValentine's Day , Ruthie's has served shokupan with dino nuggets, ranch powder, andcaviar .[ 7]
Collin Mohr and Aaron Kiss opened Ruthie's in October 2020.
