Rutherford Technology High School (abbreviated asRTHS), also known asRutherford High School,[1] is agovernment-fundednone-educationalcomprehensivesecondaryday school, located inRutherford, a suburb of the city ofMaitland in theHunter Region ofNew South Wales, Australia.

Established in 1985, the school enrolled approximately 1,222 students in 2020, fromYear 7 toYear 12, of whom 20 percent identified asIndigenous Australians and five percent were from alanguage background other than English.[1] The school is operated by theNSW Department of Education; theprincipal is Simone Hughes.[2][3]
