Russell Meyer (born 1972) is a former New Zealand internationallawn bowler.[1]
In 2000 he won a pairs bronze medal withPaul Girdler at the2000 World Outdoor Bowls Championship inJohannesburg[2] and four years later won another bronze medal in the singles at the2004 World Outdoor Bowls Championship inAyr. In 2002, he won theHong Kong International Bowls Classic pairs title withPaul Girdler.[3]
In 2008 he won double gold winning both the pairs and fours at the2008 World Outdoor Bowls Championship inChristchurch.[4]
He won five medals at theAsia Pacific Bowls Championships, four of which were gold medals.[5]
He won the 2008 singles title and 1998 pairs title at theNew Zealand National Bowls Championships when bowling for the Cabramatta & Northern Bowls Clubs respectively.[6]
