TheRural Municipality of Coulee No. 136 (2016 population:669) is arural municipality (RM) in theCanadian province ofSaskatchewan withinCensus Division No. 7 andSARM Division No. 3. The RM is located in the southwest portion of the province, southeast of the City ofSwift Current.
The RM of Coulee No. 136 incorporated as a rural municipality on December 12, 1910.[2]

In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, the RM of Coulee No. 136 had a population of669 living in182 of its206 total private dwellings, a change of18.8% from its 2016 population of563. With a land area of 840.54 km2 (324.53 sq mi), it had a population density of0.8/km2 (2.1/sq mi) in 2021.[4]
In the2016 Census of Population, the RM of Coulee No. 136 recorded a population of563 living in183 of its205 total private dwellings, a-3.3% change from its 2011 population of582. With a land area of 843.69 km2 (325.75 sq mi), it had a population density of0.7/km2 (1.7/sq mi) in 2016.[7]
The RM of Coulee No. 136 is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator that meets on the second Wednesday of every month.[3] Thereeve of the RM is Greg Targerson while its administrator is Tammy Knight.[3] The RM's office is located in Swift Current.[3]
