Musical genre from Eastern Europe

Romani hip hop is a musical genre fromEastern Europe, formed through a fusion ofhip hop withRomani melodies and lyrics.[1]

Artists includeKmetoband andGipsy.cz. The Turkish Romani hip hop group Tahribad-ı İsyan was founded in Istanbul'sSulukule neighbourhood, a historically Roma area.[2]
